Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs, utilizing modern instructional design principles.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to diverse audiences.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align training initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and digital resources.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth and productive integration into the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Training Specialist, Learning & Development Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs and develop measurable learning objectives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications such as ATD (Association for Talent Development) or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
