Responsibility
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet data using HRIS or payroll systems.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Coordinate with finance and management teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, payroll administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using payroll software and HR management systems (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or local Indonesian platforms).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
