Responsibility
- Identify and source potential photographers through various channels, including social media, online portfolios, and professional networks.
- Engage with creators to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the Snappr platform.
- Guide photographers through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies for attracting top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of creator interactions and recruitment progress using our internal systems.
- Provide exceptional support to photographers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the acquisition process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the acquisition strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and photography.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in the creative or digital industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Passion for photography and a good understanding of the creative industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
