Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and success metrics for each position.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Enhance employer branding through compelling job descriptions, career pages, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to track recruitment KPIs and optimize hiring processes.
- Negotiate and extend competitive job offers while ensuring alignment with budget and company policies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or niche roles.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, diversity hiring, and compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
