Based in the vibrant hub of Bali, Indonesia, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring seamless scheduling, and maintaining exceptional communication with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end interview processes, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage high-volume recruitment calendars, ensuring efficient and conflict-free scheduling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, feedback forms, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, or virtual hiring sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with financial institution hiring processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
