Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute innovative emerging talent programs, including internships, graduate development initiatives, and early-career pipelines, tailored to Bali’s unique business ecosystem.
- Collaborate with universities, vocational schools, and industry partners to create strategic partnerships that enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using key metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify talent gaps and align emerging talent programs with organizational needs.
- Facilitate workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events to engage and develop emerging talent in Bali.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting talent development in Indonesia.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within emerging talent programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or recruitment, with a focus on emerging talent programs.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent initiatives, preferably in a multicultural or international environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience working with educational institutions, government agencies, or industry associations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
