Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end executive recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Liaise with US-based hiring managers and HR teams to align on role requirements and timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and passive candidate pools.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and stakeholder debriefs.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with global recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top executive talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and complex hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of the US job market and executive compensation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
