Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, including labor regulations, benefits administration, and workplace safety.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support employee development and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational needs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations (Philippines/Indonesia a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is a plus.
