Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing to vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline payment processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Prepare and analyze reports on accounts payable aging, cash flow, and payment trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
