Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle taxation matters, including preparation and submission of tax returns, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
