Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the institution’s mission and long-term goals.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls to safeguard institutional assets.
- Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions on investments, funding, and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in education or non-profit sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
