Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with the operations team to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT/GST filings, and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams, including document management, data entry, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or order administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP or IFRS standards, and experience with tax compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inventory management and order processing systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
