Responsibility
- Develop and refine technical drawings using AutoCAD for manufacturing and prototyping purposes.
- Program, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Optimize CNC processes for efficiency, accuracy, and material utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery, software, or design discrepancies.
- Document all workshop activities, including revisions, adjustments, and maintenance logs.
- Stay updated with advancements in CNC technology and CAD software to enhance workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC operations and AutoCAD design.
- Proficient in G-code programming and CNC machine setup (e.g., milling, turning).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
