Responsibility
- Perform key injection, programming, and configuration for hardware devices and systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document all service activities, including repairs, upgrades, and client interactions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in hardware service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards in all service operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting, repair, and key injection (preferably in automotive or industrial systems).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for hardware service.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies.
