Responsibility
- Create and revise detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to develop accurate technical drawings.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions for project records.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and project submissions.
- Provide technical support to project teams by clarifying drawing details and specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting software and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Drafter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.
