Chem Technologies is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician (ACMV / MEP) with proficiency in Mandarin to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, as well as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for system installations and modifications.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems to verify functionality and safety.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in detailed reports.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV and MEP systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, control systems, and HVAC principles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
