Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of wet process technologies for semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on advanced memory solutions
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance yield, performance, and reliability of memory products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive process innovations
- Develop and maintain process documentation, specifications, and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to process engineering teams
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to support next-generation memory products
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process engineering activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor wet process engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and optimizing wet processes for memory or logic semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, particularly in wet etch and clean technologies
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for semiconductor manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex process data
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical information to diverse audiences
