Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and lighting, to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation, and refrigeration, to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters, to prevent leaks and water damage.
- Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers, to ensure uninterrupted operations in hospitality settings.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with facility managers and property owners to develop and execute maintenance schedules that align with operational needs and budget constraints.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and provide reports on system performance and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, facilities management, or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or commercial properties.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to facilities maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to work on-call for emergency repairs and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
