Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of backend process control systems to improve manufacturing quality and yield
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production sites
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to integrate new technologies into existing workflows
- Establish and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and internal quality protocols
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with automation systems, PLC programming, or Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional sites
