Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Support A&A (Addition and Alteration) projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless facility management and service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend improvements for safety and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, MEP systems, or a similar role (for Facilities Engineer). Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply for Assistant Facilities Engineer positions.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical distributions, and plumbing.
- Proven ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD, BMS (Building Management Systems), or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
