Responsibility
- Assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing daily engineering operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all engineering processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and resource utilization in the facility.
- Lead small-scale engineering projects from planning to execution.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff to enhance their technical skills.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Experience with project management and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
