Responsibility
- Lead and manage the maintenance, repair, and optimization of plant equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their technical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
- Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
