Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction and maintenance activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, incident reports, and other documentation to management.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide workers.
- Certification in OSHA or other relevant safety standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
