Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction and maintenance activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, equipment, and materials to verify quality and address deficiencies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor hours, material usage, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide workers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
