Responsibility
- Assemble, install, and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment in the production line.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machinery, appliances, and production equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement electrical system upgrades and improvements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to industry regulations and company safety protocols.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on electrical safety and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEC) and electrical codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
