Responsibility
- Create precise technical drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts and specifications
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D models for engineering projects
- Review and modify existing drawings based on project requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain organized documentation of all project drawings and revisions
- Provide technical support to project teams during implementation phases
- Stay current with CAD software updates and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a draughtsperson or CAD technician (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical drawing standards
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering specifications
- Good communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus
