As an MEP Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical systems, from conceptualization to implementation. Your expertise in electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and electronic systems will be instrumental in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of precision and efficiency.
Based in the vibrant Badung area (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and quality are at the forefront. Whether you’re refining MEP drawings or troubleshooting complex system integrations, your work will directly impact the success of premium commercial and residential developments.
Responsibility
- Develop and review detailed MEP drawings, including electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and signal line diagrams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Conduct site inspections to verify the accuracy of MEP installations and resolve any technical discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings.
- Optimize MEP systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in alignment with project goals.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex MEP-related challenges during construction and fit-out phases.
- Ensure all MEP work adheres to local regulations, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in MEP engineering to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification in MEP is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design, fit-out projects, or construction, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software for creating and editing technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing layouts, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality MEP documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to liaise with stakeholders and teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL) is highly desirable.
