Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on machinery operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery design and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the industrial machinery sector.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
