Responsibility
- Lead and manage elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes in elevator systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in elevator project management or related engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and industry standards (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Certification in elevator safety or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
