Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and engineering best practices.
- Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance certificates, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to optimize construction processes and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or resident engineering, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
