Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations for Aircon/ACMV systems or concrete works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve technical issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies to maintain a zero-accident work environment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues for HVAC systems or concrete structural elements
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure all permits and regulations are properly followed
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior site staff and labor teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (for Site Engineer)
- Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent technical certification (for Site Supervisor)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or supervision, with specific expertise in Aircon/ACMV systems or concrete works
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and international building codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work in tropical climates and adapt to various project sites across Bali
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between project locations
