You will play a pivotal role in qualifying new products to meet stringent customer requirements while maintaining and calibrating cutting-edge test equipment to uphold the highest standards of quality and performance.
Based in Denpasar, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive industrial efficiency, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Whether you're optimizing test facilities or validating product designs, your expertise will directly impact operational success and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Lead new product off-loading and qualification processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on test equipment, facilities, and production tools to minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute test protocols and validation procedures for NPI (New Product Introduction) and existing product lines.
- Collaborate with QA and Industrial Engineering teams to identify process improvements and enhance product reliability.
- Document and analyze test data, generating reports to support continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, CE, UL) in all testing and maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Manage test facility infrastructure, including environmental controls, power systems, and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering, product qualification, or equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Proven expertise in test equipment calibration (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers) and preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and NPI processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB, Excel) and technical documentation (SOP, FMEA, 8D reports).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with industrial automation (PLC, SCADA) and lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments and with international stakeholders.
