Responsibility
- Lead and execute research projects focused on semiconductor process control and optimization.
- Develop and implement advanced process control strategies to enhance fabrication yield and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process control solutions into semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct experimental studies and data analysis to identify process improvements and innovations.
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at industry conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in semiconductor process control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in semiconductor fabrication.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor process control, fabrication, or related research areas.
- Strong background in data analysis, statistical process control, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools and semiconductor fabrication equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Experience in publishing research papers or patents is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, SEMI, and other relevant certifications.
