Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain production standards, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to streamline operations and support new product introductions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all engineering activities.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in battery, electronics, or automotive industries.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and production planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software for layout and process design.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel) and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality management systems (QMS), and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
