Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to streamline project workflows and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including cost estimates, progress updates, and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations across Bali.
