Responsibility
- Develop precise 2D and 3D technical drawings for civil and architectural projects using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to interpret design concepts and convert them into actionable blueprints.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with project specifications.
- Prepare and update construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Assist in material takeoffs and cost estimations based on technical drawings.
- Maintain organized digital files and version control for all project-related drawings.
- Attend site visits and coordination meetings to ensure drawings reflect on-ground requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting standards, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Age between 24–35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in drafting for construction or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
