Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related tax obligations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and tax optimization.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, implementing necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
