Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification such as CPA or CA is a plus but not required.
