Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with company objectives.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk assessments to optimize the company’s financial health.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic recommendations based on financial data and market insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, IFRS, and financial compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
