In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget management, and compliance for our luxury properties in Bali. Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations for Summerville Property.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Liaise with property management teams to ensure accurate billing, tenant invoicing, and lease-related financial documentation.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory obligations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in apartment, mall, or property management sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
