Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date and error-free.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as needed to facilitate audits and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting is a plus.
