Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Tax, General Ledger (GL), and Statutory Reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all tax filings, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare and review statutory financial reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address any findings.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data analysis.
- Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax, general ledger, and statutory reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with healthcare industry financial systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
