Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including AP files and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of expenditures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and provide support for financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
