Responsibility

  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including AP files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of expenditures.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide support for financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
