Responsibility

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks under supervision.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in office operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in office administration or accounting support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial documentation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
