Responsibility
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in office administration or accounting support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial documentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
