Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Accurate Online for client businesses.
- Provide training and support to end-users on accounting software and financial processes.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client financial needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Troubleshoot software and data issues, offering timely resolutions to clients.
- Develop Excel-based financial models and tools to enhance client workflows.
- Document system configurations, processes, and client requirements for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest accounting software trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Accurate Online, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
