Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, budgeting processes, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and implement recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Implement and optimize financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance under Indonesian regulations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws (e.g., PPN, PPh).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
- Experience in audit coordination, internal controls, and process improvement is highly desirable.
