Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Manage cash flow, tax planning, and audits in collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
