Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions for the distribution network.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor inventory accounting, cost analysis, and budgeting to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast financial trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
- Drive process automation and system improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the distribution or logistics industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; familiarity with Balinese business culture is a plus.
