Responsibility
- Oversee and direct the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial data processing.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management to support operational and financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or diverse cultural environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
