Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Support the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management to aid in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit roles, preferably in the healthcare or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
